It's important to note that not all of the offerings are currently cash flowing, and therefore may not pay distributions until later in the hold period, if at all.

Additionall, commentary in "The Investment" section from the detail page will highlight when and how frequent distributions are expected. This section, in addition to the "Financials" tab, with highlight other key financial metrics such as the expected IRR, waterfall structure and sponsor promote, and exit strategy.
